I didn’t plan to build a career in operations, but I’ve always been the one who made things run smoothly. The one behind the scenes keeping systems steady, reading between the lines, and making sure people could do their best work.
For nearly a decade, I supported executives in commercial real estate; streamlining their operations, managing projects, and building the infrastructure that helped their companies scale. My work naturally evolved from executive support to business strategy, but the goal stayed the same: create clarity that lasts.
That drive came from watching my dad, a self-made contractor, build his business from the ground up. He taught me that success isn’t about flash - it’s about follow-through. He believed in honesty, preparation, and care in the work itself. Today his values guide how I design systems and lead clients through growth, and I'm proud to be able to carry his mindset and legacy forward into AG Strategies.
